Amber Henson

Amber moved to Hot Springs from Little Rock in 2014, drawn to the historic town by the lakeside living, beautiful surroundings, and Oaklawn horse racing. She started her Commercial Real Estate company with the goal of helping lead the revitalization of the Downtown area. To date, she has brokered over $110 million in real estate transactions and has been acknowledged as a top producer in the industry in Central Arkansas. 

Her aptitude in negotiation, problem-solving, and alternative thinking affords her clients many more options and creative ideas when considering property investment in challenging situations. Amber uses her considerable interpersonal skills to foster agreement among multiple parties as evidenced in the Medical Arts Building, Velda Rose Resort Hotel, and historic Goddard property transactions. Amber brings city administrators, contractors, architects, bankers, tax credit, and opportunity zone professionals together to facilitate the process.

She is very well versed in development plans for Downtown Hot Springs and how to work with the city to get permits, licenses, etc. to help building owners.
