Karen Nutt

Karen was born in England and has lived all over the world. She has a Master's Degree in Secondary Education. After her husband retired from the military, she and her family moved to Hot Springs for the schools and abundant outdoor life.  

She was the recipient of the 1st Annual John Girolamo Scholarship Award for individuals aspiring to become real estate agents. She completed her studies and became a licensed real estate agent in 2021. 

Karen is the go-to person for all matters pertaining to documentation and tracking of Urban Living and Development, Inc. real estate transactions. She is responsible for interacting not only with clients, but also contractors, property developers, and lessees. She is an outgoing person with a keen interest in local history. She can often be found in the archives of the Garland County Historical Society in search of photos and documentation on the buildings and land around Hot Springs. Pride of place on our office walls are over 30 framed historic photographs that capture the buildings that have been sold or leased by Urban Living and Development, Inc.
